All other information:

  • Gates open at 11:00 a.m. for a Saturday event so that your vendors can
    come in and decorate for your 6 hour event time.  

  • Rental fee is for 200 guests or less over 200 there is an additional
    $8.00 per guest charge.

  • You may buy extra hours at $200.00 an hour.

  • There is a refundable damage deposit of $500.00 that is due 30 days
    prior to your event.  

  • To reserve a date 50% of the rental balance is due and a contract must
    be signed.

  • Everything must be cleaned up before your event is over a clean up list
    will be provided.

  • The remaining balance along with the damage deposit and if applicable
    an alcohol safety officer/security charge is due no later than 30 days
    prior to the event.  

  • Krystal Falls will provide an alcohol safety officer if alcohol is to be    
    served at an additional cost of $35.00/hour
     (officer for every 100 people).

  • If you need a bartender then please book with the ones that are located
    under our vendor list.
Ceremony & Reception Prices:
Saturday $3000
(6 hour event time gates open at 11:00a.m. for you to come and decorate)

Sunday-Friday $2700
(4 hour event time 2 hours to decorate)

Holidays and Holiday Weekends $3900
(4 hour event time 2 hours to decorate)

All event time hours start when your ceremony and/or reception start decorating hours are at no charge.
These hours will start at your choice as long as they do not go past 12:00 midnight.
